No-Oven Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cake:
**Using a Stovetop: **
1. **Prepare the Pan**: Grease a large, deep skillet or pot with a tight-fitting lid. Place a metal trivet or ring inside to create an elevated surface for the cake pan.
