**Easy Triple-Layer Chocolate Cake Recipe**

 Ingredients:


For the Cake:

- 1 cup buttermilk (room temperature)

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup boiling water

- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 teaspoons vanilla

- 1/2 cup heavy cream


 Instructions:


Make the Cake:

1. **Preheat Oven**: Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round pans.


2. **Mix Dry Ingredients**: In a big bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and instant coffee (if using).


3. **Add Wet Ingredients**: Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla to the bowl. Mix until smooth.
