Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies Without an Oven

Stovetop Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soft butter

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Make the Dough:


    • Mix the soft butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
    • Add the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
    • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
    • Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  2. Cook on Stovetop:


    • Heat a nonstick pan on low to medium heat.
    • Drop Spoonfuls of dough into the pan, leaving space between them.
    • Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the bottoms are golden.
    • Flip the cookies and cook for another 5 minutes until the other side is golden and the middle is set.
    • Let the cookies cool on a rack.
